At House of Reverie, every journal is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are personalised or custom assembled, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Customised journals (including selected covers, elastics, charms, or other personalised configurations).

• Gift cards.

• Sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order.
